Best practice on processing multiple datasets using Code Repos

Hi!
I have a question for the community. What is the best practice to be followed while designing a transform using Code Repository that needs to be run for multiple datasets? The logic stays the same. But it needs to be run on multiple datasets. Can we parameterize Code Repository transform? So that I can pass the dataset IDs somehow?
