Developer Tier is a free tier of Foundry / AIP and you won’t be charged. As there is no pricing structure, there’s no prices to display in the resource management app. Your access includes limited capacity, as specified in the “Your Plan” page available in Control Panel. These limitations are baked in, so you won’t be able to accidentally exceed them and incur any charges. Instead you will just hit the limits.
