Bulk apply actions in looped layouts

Hi!

We have configured a series of questions in a looped layout. Each element of the loop is a question with a question specific input (String input for string answers, date picker for date answers etc). In order to submit an answer, we currently use a submit button that triggers the actions on each element in the looped layout. Is it possible to automatically submit the elements when the input changes? Alternatively, is there a way to bulk apply actions from outside the looped layout?
