# Can not create a second key: "Failed to register passkey" error

I have a developer account and can’t create a second passkey. It’s required because I have to work on two different machines.

I get a toast with the error message: “Failed to register passkey”

I cleared my cookies. Still not working.

I’m on Google Chrome version 153.0.8010.53 (Official Build) (x86\_64) on OS X Tahoe version 26.6.2. Everything is up-to-date.
