# Dynamically select a document from Media item

Hi folks,

currently I came across this requirement where we want to display the Mediaset document based on the selection of a string from a filter-list. I’ve configured the options in such a way that the values available in the dropdown of the filterlist is the actual file names of the documents available in the Mediaitem.

Is it already possible to select documents dynamically based on the active selection?

Idealy the selection in the dropdown opens up an overlay where I have placed the media preview widget.
