Feature Request: Support for Screenshot Uploads in AIP Assist

I would like to request the ability to upload screenshots directly to AIP Assist. This feature would dramatically improve the speed and clarity of support interactions, especially when users have questions about the UI or encounter unexpected behavior.

Quickly capturing a screenshot and pasting it to AIP Assist allows a user to ask their question in just 1–2 seconds. In contrast, describing the problem and its context in text can take significantly more time and often leads to ambiguity or the need for additional clarification. The ability to quickly share visual context would:

  • Enable users to ask precise questions about specific UI elements or workflows, reducing back-and-forth and miscommunication.

  • Accelerate troubleshooting and support, as screenshots often reveal issues that are difficult to describe in words.

Currently, AIP Assist only surfaces images from public or custom documentation, not enabling user uploads. Adding screenshot upload capability would be a high-value integration that streamlines support and collaboration for all users.
