Im not sure about the requirement here, but filter list is used to filter the available data and it displays all possible values and lets you choose what you want to filter on. If the main purpose is to let user only to pick one of the 2 values (Yes/No) I recommend using “string selector“ with all options that you want to provide and set the selection to “single“
