Hi

PR comments/conversations in Code Repositories only support a limited subset of Markdown like bold, italics, code/code blocks, bullet points and links. Syntax like headings, tables, lists, and blockquotes won’t render. they’ll just show as plain text.

README.md files support much richer Markdown (tables, images, mentions, file links), so if you need structured formatting, you can put it there and link to it from the PR comment instead.
