I think you’ll find the most thorough treatment of the platform audit story in the documentation here. The, at least to me, cool part of the Palantir Audit story is that in addition to simply making the logs available for export, you can easily have them in Foundry as data and build relevant audit and transparency workflows in the platform.
There are additional features to explore, such as Edit History and Action Logs (recent community convo here) that create records of how users edit data itself, but as for what to provide to folks who are asking audit-shaped questions around platform usage, those docs should get you started.
