+1 on the Date diff calculation in Derived properties. I had the exact same issue earlier this week.
Another FR for derived properties would be inputting a variable from another object as a constant Multiply by. For example if I want all the financial values to be converted from EUR to USD in a workshop right now I can manually input a constant exchange rate but would be better if Derived properties allowed a variable input to make sure its updated daily
