Getting a SparkLegacy:DateTimeFormatError when trying to create TimeSeriesSync Output

I am getting this DateTimeFormatError when I try to deploy a time series sync output. I followed the documentation as closely as I could as I am trying to create a time series object for data analysis, I have the backed dataset but need to create this time series sync output. I see that it says we have to set the Spark version to LEGACY but I don’t see anywhere where I can edit that.

If any of you guys know how to resolve this issue please let me know what to do!!
