How to reset passkey for an Admin?

I am currently an admin on my palantir instance.
Trying to reset the passkey as for some reason it is not allowing me to create a new one.

Apparently, an admin cannot reset one’s own key. So I am trying to get another user to become the admin, that is also not doable.

Kindly assist.

You can reset your passkey by following the instructions in this post.

You can add someone as Admin in Control Panel under “Enrollment Permissions” > “Enrollment administrator”.
