Is there a way to add “if elseif” or “switch case” like logic in the Ontology Manager → Actions → Form → Override section? Currently, it only allows an “if then” logic which greatly limits the level of customization to the override block. Thanks!
Thanks for the question! Currently there is no way of adding “if/else” or “switch case” logic unfortunately; however you should be able to replicate the logic by adding additional override block(s) using “if” statements. This will require extra manual action and some redundancy, but should help you achieve the desired behavior. We do hope to add these features in the future to improve the override customization experience.
Thank you for the reply. This does seem to provide a workaround for implementing the logic portion. However, when providing multiple override blocks, setting logic for anything beyond the first dropdown option doesn’t seem to work? I am not sure if this is a bug in the override feature or in the logic structure.
Hi Joel, apologizes, it turns out that the it was a typo on my part. There was an extra whitespace in the multiple choice options. Setting multiple override blocks appears to work great! Thank you.
