Hi @malbin, Hope you guys are doing well. I’m having trouble accessing S3 due to an InvalidAccessKeyId in the Deep Dive: Creating Your First Data Connection lesson. Looks like my policies are ok, maybe it’s an internal error? Thanks for the help ---

Apologies for piling on, and with the admission that I’m a completely new user, but none of the three connections in the Data Connection Tutorial would work for me (S3, Postrges, and API). It’s certainly possible that I did something wrong with the Egress Policy (all three times), but could you all also check if the connection information supplied in the training is up to date? Thanks! ---

Hi all, We should hopefully have this fixed now. The Prostgres and RestApi sections should now just work if you refresh your connections. Alternatively, try starting them from the beginning again. If they still don’t work for you let us know. For the S3 connection, you will need to use the new connection details that are shown in the course. Just a quick update that we’ve refreshed the credentials for the S3 connection again. So if you’re getting an error, just double check the course again to make sure that you are using the most up-to-date credentials. ---

I am working on another training excercise “Connecting to AWS S3”, and have trouble to config the S3 source. Wuld you please instruct me on how to set up connection for S3 to get notional data? Thank you so much! ---

Hi @linma_pitt, Could you let us know what troubles you are facing? Make sure that you are using the credentials currently shown in the course. Feel free to share some screenshots, just make sure to remove any identifying information first ---

I have URL: s3://notional-data.sandbox.training.palantir.com/ But got error message: The error indicates that the job failed because the specified S3 bucket does not exist. The error message NoSuchBucket suggests that the S3 bucket referenced in your configuration or code is either misspelled, does not exist, or has been removed.
