What’s the point of using a mandatory control vs. a restricted view for row-based object restrictions? It seems like RVs give you more flexibility in defining the rule. Both mandatory controls and RVs apply to North- and South-of-ontology data fields. I don’t see a difference in practice.
Mandatory controls are utilizing RVs but a for specific markings an organization would be using.
