Migrate data connection syncs from generic JDBC source to MSSQL server or Oracle

Hi
I have 100s of syncs on generic JDBC source connecting to Oracle and MSSQL server sources. i want to migrate them to Oracle\MSSQL source. is there a way to do it?

The easiest might be to migrate one (probably re-creating it) and scripting your way through it to make it scale.
