Network Blocked – Foundry Community Edition

Hi Palantir Community,

I’m using Palantir Foundry Community Edition for personal learning and skill development. I was previously able to access the environment, but I’m now receiving a “Network Blocked” message saying my network connection is not in the enrollment’s ingress allowlist.

Target domain: signup.palantirfoundry.com
Error ID: 97e33b8f-2e61-4efa-a71d-41057a237419

Since this is Community Edition, I don’t believe I have an enrollment administrator who can modify the ingress settings.

Could someone please advise how I can restore access or who I should contact to have my network/IP allowlisted?

Thank you for your help.

that target domain doesn’t look right. are you sure you actually got through the signed up at https://build.palantir.com/ ? steps are something like this:

  1. signup, provide your ID, probably confirm your email with a code
  2. you will get an email with “Your Palantir account was successfully set up” which should have the namespace you specified when signing up. at least in the US it will look something like this https://xxxx.usw-3.palantirfoundry.com and this is what you login to
  3. create passkeys

That being said the network blocked error is a real one, it can be fixed by going to control panel and searching network ingress, but you won’t be able to do that if you can’t login. that being said, defaults are “allow all IPs in the US” so what is far more likely…

  1. you’re accessing through a VPN. Almost all get blocked and definitely the ones with datacenter exit nodes
  2. not all countries have the builder plan and definitely no China/Russia

hope this helps,
