Recommended pattern for designing datasets to support YTD and ATD cumulative calculations

Hi everyone,I’d like to ask for advice on the recommended data modeling pattern in Foundry to support YTD (Year-To-Date) and ATD (All-Time-To-Date) cumulative calculations.

At the moment, my dataset is aggregated by month, but there are increasing requests to display cumulative values and compare them with the same period from the previous year within a Function-Backed Pivot Table used in a workshop.

What would be the best way to design the datasets and objects to make these cumulative and comparison calculations easier to implement and maintain?
