Troubleshooting PDF Files Stuck in Loading State in Foundry (Chrome)

I have a PDF file stored within a Foundry project as a PDF file (not as a dataset or media set). It’s displayed as a PDF icon within Foundry. On my PC, clicking the file opens it successfully in Foundry’s PDF viewer, and I’m able to download it.

However, on other PCs with the same permissions, the PDF viewer remains stuck in a loading state, showing a spinning circle, and the PDF fails to display. The download button in the upper right corner remains functional.These users are also using Chrome.

Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your assistance. After contacting support, it was determined that the issue was due to an outdated version of Chrome. I appreciate your help in troubleshooting.
