What does "No Value" do in the Normalize Column Names Pipeline Builder board

Normalize Column Names Pipeline Builder board has an option of No Value for “Remove Special Characters”. What does that do?

Hey, this will default to false (No value == Optional.empty()) but we can work to make this UX better since there is a default value.
