In the developer application portal I do not see an option for web hosting as is present in the docs. Has this been deprecated or is it simply the case that it is not accessible on the AIP developer tier?
Website Hosting is currently unavailable on Dev Tiers and only on Enterprise ones. This is very much a feature we are investing in, and are working actively on enabling it for more tiers. You can expect (unless there are delays or complexities) for it to be rolled out to Dev Tiers in the next month/month and a half.
