Thanks for your post. Assuming you are trying to login to AIP Developer Tier you can raise a ticket with support via https://www.palantir.com/aip/support/. They will be able to assist you further.

This same problem is occurring for me currently - I tried to change my auth provider rules back to default from custom, but it failed to save and now I’m locked out. Were you able to get this resolved through support? And is there anything I can do in the meantime to help speed up the process, as I am locked out and would really appreciate anything that might speed up the process. Thanks!
