AIP Agent Authorization Error

I have an organization with several analyst users who need access to the AIP agent, but when they try to make prompts, they’re getting some errors (about 24-hour conversation retention, ‘An error (Gatekeeper:NotAuthorizedToUse) occurred with this request (error id: f0af6e45-401b-4609-95d9-bb7ac43fcc70)’).

I’d like to know what this could actually be. I’ve already tried checking groups with permissions, AIP configurations, and other things. I appreciate the help."

This error typically indicates that the users do not have permission to apply the organization marking for their organization, which is required when creating new conversation sessions with an agent.

You can confirm this by navigating to Organization permissions in Control Panel → Select Marking permissions tab → Select Apply organization and check the users appear there, and add them if they are missing.
