Builders Product Roadmap Summer 2024 Webinar

Palantir is hosting a Builder-focused Product Roadmap Session that covers the high level overview of upcoming product capabilities and focus areas. This session will start with an update on our communication channels and investments into the Palantir builder community, followed by a look at our new architecture paradigm, the AI Mesh. The main content will walk through the eight strategic areas of focus and demonstrations of the new features.

Please use the below forum to ask questions during the session which we will use for Q&A at the end of the presentation.

What other sources are coming with HyperAuto? Microsoft Dynamics Business Central, Dataverse, or Sage Intacct?

Will you be adding a barcode scanning widget in Workshop?

Can you provide a bit more information on the purpose and use case of AIP Accelerate?

I noticed there was Typescript function capability but Python was for transforms. Will there be Python function capability as well?

For a mobile app, basically use the camera app to take a picture of a barcode. The use case is for shipping and receiving. Scanning upc codes and marking them as picked. Other use cases for a camera widget in general are taking pictures of documents and then extracting data from it (e.g. scanning a pack slip on a received shipment and trying to map it to the PO to find discrepencies)

Will you be touching on integrating containerized applications or how Palantir will support more of backend-service development that can be exposed externally?

This feature is not currently generally available. Please speak to your Palantir contact for more details.

Yes, Python functions for Pipeline Builder, Workshop and other Ontology-based applications is now in Beta. You can find more information in the announcement here.

Accelerate is a beta product and we’re currently sunsetting its investment for evaluation at a later time.

Hello, the most widely used systems supported by HyperAuto are:

  • SAP (V2)
  • Salesforce (V1)
  • Oracle NetSuite (V1)

However, the platform connects to a variety of sources out of the box, a full list can be found here.

Our intent is to make the integration of containerised products seamless with Foundry. We have a couple of products in Beta to enable leveraging containers in data pipelines, as models, and in our application building suite.

For these capabilities, see our docs on:
