Can I format date to make to EU friendly in OMA?

We have a request to display date in workshop in a EU friendly format, i.e, DD/MM/YYYY ! I was trying to configure that in OMA but I don’t see the option for it. What’s the best way to enable this?

Yes you can. We recently introduced a large number of new ways to customise a timestamp and date format through the Ontology Manager.

1 Enable date and time formatting
2. Select custom formatting

  1. Choose any other options you may want.

If you don’t see the custom option yet, this was quite recently introduced, so you might see it if you try again later this week.

Ah! I don’t see the custom option yet, when can I expect it to be available.

If you don’t see the option yet, your stack hasn’t upgraded to the latest version that has this feature. Just check back again tomorrow, and if you’re receiving regular updates you should have it by then.

Hello, I have a follow-up on the custom formatting of date fields, can have an option as “DD-MMM-YYYY” which is a European friendly format?

Hello!

This is currently not possible through the custom options. Next week, we’re releasing a more advanced options to get any kind of custom option though, and you’ll be able to specify your own string format to display!
