Can i select a bar in a chart and use as a output?

Hey guys, i need help to understand if i can select a bar in my chart and use it as a output to see other data related to that mount of data. These bars represent months, and i want to know, by clicking in individual bars, who is related to that month, using a output to filter a list of people.

Can anyone help me?

In the chart layer setting, it has a option at the bottom to output chart selection as “filter”
