Conditional Visibility for Buttons in Workshop Header

We are trying to make a button conditionally visible for users in a Workshop Header, but it’s not possible. Below is out Layout for the Header:

The dynamic view toggle should be conditionally visible but we cant figure it out since we cant put it in a section and set ‘conditional visibility’ on like below:

Our current work around works ok, we just made the button a Text only menu button with the buttons hidden.

So it works as is but would be a cleaner header if it was possible to make the button invisible.

I always figured that in the case of a “menu” or “two-part” button group layout, the expected functionality should be that if every individual button is hidden, then the entire menu button should be hidden.

There is already an internal issue tracking this feature request, so I’ve added a comment and link to this post for the team to consider in their prioritization.
