Connecting to an on-premises SQL Server database

Hello, I’m currently working on a training POC project using the Dev Tier Edition, and I’d like to connect to an on-premises SQL Server database as a data source. From what I’ve gathered so far, it seems that setting up an agent or similar component is required for the connection. However, I’m not clear on the exact steps and I’m unsure how to proceed.

Could you please provide some step-by-step guidance from the beginning? I’m quite new to this tool and would really appreciate your help.

Once your Agent is “Connected and healthy”, go to create connection again and select SQL (Postgres or MSSQL) and enter the credentials to finalize the setup.
