Continue plugin compact conversation doesnt seem to work

Hi Platform team,
The continue plugin in VScode has been super helpful. I use AI-FDE to start writing the code, then move to continue plugin to do finer edits as it has awesome MCP capabilitis to refine code.

The problem I have been facing is

1. Claude 4.5 sonnet is awesome with coding, but 200k context window is a pain for real production code. Please support the 1 million context window model
2. Continue has a feature to compact conversation, which doesnt seem to work for me, not sure if its my Dev tier account that has a problem or if its a product bug. Please fix it.

Thanks for your feedback! Addressing your points one-off:

1- Currently that is a ‘beta header’ feature from Anthropic, Bedrock, VertexAI, meaning that it does not include the same levels of protections (such as data retention policy) that other features in AIP do. Once they make it a GA header, we will absolutely add it in AIP!

2- Can you provide more detail on how it is not working?
