Why is Convert media set to table rows not supported in streaming pipelines? Are there plans to support this in the future? Thanks.

We are actively developing and testing an analogous transform for streaming pipelines.

We’ve got a user that is hoping to ingest to process incoming emails / pdf attachments in real-time, do you know of any potential workarounds until this is implemented?
