I have been creating onto,ogy objects for the past 2 months with no issue. Today; I start having this issue when I create an ontology object from the scratch, it starts mentionsing about indexing and give this message “This object type is indexing on this branch. Go to the datasources tab to see the progress.” It has been over an hour and the ontology object has not been built yet; still in the loading state. What am I doing wrong?
Can you please share a screenshot of the same page but lower down? It should show the progress indexing the ontology, and those steps link to jobs that can show where it’s hanging or failing.
