Deep Dive certification issue

Hello everyone. I’m posting this here (in addition to having already opened a ticket) in hopes that someone else experienced this and has a solution. I’m trying to do the Deep Dive certification and I’m stuck at the step where you have to go to the Marketplace and install the Deep Dive product. When I go to search for it, I’m getting “Not found”. Does anyone have a solution to this? Thanks!

This means that this marketplace product isn’t installed on your Foundry instance, or you don’t currently have access to this ‘store’.

You’ll need your platform administrators to go into Control Panel → Marketplace → Remote Store Settings and make sure ‘Palantir Learning Store’ is enabled:

You will also need to have the store enabled for all, or be part of the right group if it is restricted. If this remote store doesn’t show up at all, you will need to contact your Palantir Representative.

Thank you @Ben and @gprellberg for the help. Ben, your comment on the Learning Store helped me. Even though it was already enabled, when I was in the marketplace, I was trying to search directly for Deep Dive and it never populated. But I saw the Palantir Learning Store in the marketplace, opened that and there was the Deep Dive. Not sure why it’s not finding it when I do a direct search, but I found it nonetheless. Thank you both for your responses.

Oh man…they changed the contents up in the Deep Dive product. It doesn’t yet match the instructions in the course so I can’t even do the course yet. =(

Hi @CuriousFrog, I haven’t tried this specific course recently, but I did have a similar issue where my work environment had issues with the learn.palantir.com courses. One solution that worked for me was to sign up for a free, personal environment at Build with AIP and then use that to complete trainings.

Hi @CuriousFrog - which course are you trying to complete on learn.palantir.com and where are you seeing that the Marketplace materials do not match the course? There should be several courses and Marketplace packages that are labeled ‘Deep Dive: [Topic Name]’.
