Dev Tier and VPNs - Blocked?

The issues app autoresponder directed me here to raise this query

I run a personal VPN - NordVPN - and generally route my traffic through the US, despite having US as an allowed country in the ingress settings, I get a network blocked notice when I try and open my instance.

Same things happens if I switch to a UK server, even with UK in the ingress allowlist.

@Samwise_AIP I do not have a solution to your problem, but I was wondering if you found a resolution. I am searching the community to research two things:

  1. I am getting ready to leave the country and head to the US. Do you think I will run into any issues with accessing my Developer Tier?

  2. (separate but related) I am trying to access my Developer Tier at work, but I receive a notice similar to the one that you posted. I contacted our network support, and they stated that they are not blocking the account. Then, I contacted Palantir, and they also said they are not blocking access.

Fraid not no, I gave up trying to connect over VPN

For your situation - given US is a supported country - I’d go into your network settings and add US to your allowlist before you travel. Assuming you’re not on a VPN then you I don’t think you’d ave any problems.
