Hi,

I noticed that six months ago, the function that download / Multifile download mediaItem with MediaItemRID from Workshop was not available. Is it still unavailable now?

I solved this issue with the following process.

  1. Add Media Reference in Ontology and connect with mediasets.
  2. Upload media with ontology create (Function upload occurs error with there is no mediaset connected.
  3. Make button and select the option with export media
  4. create object list in workshop and release the option with multiselect
  5. Link the selected object in object list to the button.
