Email notifications when configuring Markings

Markings have been configured for the project.
The following groups are set as members of the Markings:
・Group A
・Group B

Groups have been configured as email recipients for Automate functions within the project:
・Group A
・Group B
・Group C

In this scenario, will emails not be sent to Group C?

Group C will not receive the notification if its members cannot view the marked objects used by the automation.

Automate resolves recipient groups into individual users and checks each user’s access before sending. To receive the notification, a user must have:

Viewer access to the automation;
access to the relevant marking;
Viewer access to the triggering objects and properties; and
for function-generated notifications, access to any additional objects read by the function.

Therefore, members of Groups A and B should be eligible, while Group C members will be skipped unless they receive the required marking access through another group or permission grant. You can confirm the outcome in the automation’s history, which will show notification delivery failures or skipped recipients.

Also note that eligible users must have email delivery enabled in their notification preferences to receive an email.

Thank you for the reply.
I understand the specifications.

I have one additional question: regarding data health check notifications within the same project, will I stop receiving them if I lose access rights, just as with Automate?
