I am encountering an error message ‘Failed to install product. The installation request was invalid.’ when trying to open a sample from Palantir Developers. I have ensured that I am accessing Examples through the correct path and have checked my permissions. What could be causing this issue and how can I resolve it?
Hey @HMCJPG ! Which example are you seeing this for? We’ve recently updated the products to avoid this error. However if you are still seeing this issue, try installing the product through Marketplace (find it in the application sidebar panel or through the enrollment url path /workspace/marketplace/home) while we sort this out. The store should be called AIP Now Product Reference Resources Store .
