Feature request: create_or_update_foundry_object_type should support Compass project association

Hi,

When creating object types via palantir-mcp, the resulting OTs are not associated with any Compass Ontology Project — they’re effectively “homeless” in the Compass hierarchy.

AI FDE’s internal create_object_type tool supports a saveLocationFolderRid parameter that places OTs inside a specific project/folder. Would it be possible to expose this (or an equivalent) in the public palantir-mcp tool?

The only workaround today is to manually associate OTs via the GUI after creation, which breaks the programmatic workflow.
