Foundry email notifications

I have tried configuring an email notification in both Automate and an Action type but only got the notification in Foundry. I have email turned on for all Foundry notifications but do not receive any on the email address associated with my account.

Is there any security or related setting that needs to be adjusted for emails to go through?

Are you able to receive any email notifications coming from Foundry? If not, an organization administrator for your Foundry instance can review and configure the email allowlist to see if your domain is on the allow list.
