Hide/Remove - Object View - Header

Hi,

Do you know how to hide or remove the header from Object view? (marked in blue, I hope my redaction left enough context)

Hi Rita,

Unfortunately, the Object view header isn’t natively removable through the UI — it’s a fixed component in Foundry’s Object View. What’s your end goal: cleaner UI for a presentation, or embedding in another tool?

Hi @anaritarc!

@montes is right, you can’t hide it in the Object Explorer app.

But if your end goal is to hide the object view header in a Workshop module or in a Carbon workspace to have a cleaner UI, it’s possible.

Hide it for object view opened in Carbon:

  • Go to you Carbon workspace settings
  • Go to the “General” tab
  • Select “Hide object view headers” in “Other settings” at the bottom of the tab

Hide it for an object view widget in Workshop:

  • Go to the widget settings
  • Select “Hide header”
