Having an issue across multiple hive mind installations where once we make it fast the proposal phase the function to synthesize the different proposal facets is failing. When it comes to actual execution AI FDE tasks are not populating and I cant move into that phase of development. I have never gotten this tool to work for me end to end. Maybe something was messed up during installation, that’s what I assume the first time but now seeing this issue persist across multiple different installations in different enrollments
