I want a disclaimer bar in my workshop app which is a text with background colour either across the entire workshop app or within a section.
Ideally it supports markdown/links as well.
How can I do this in Workshop?
In the Examples app there is a reference module on creating conditional banners and callouts that has some patterns to explore.
The normal pattern would be to use a Section with a Callout Header style and either set the height of the container such that only the header shows - with short text in a markdown widget directly in the header - or if you need to show longer text, have the markdown widget in the container body. I think this is preferred from a UX standpoint as having long-running text on a colored background is an accessibility flag and generally challenging to read.
