How can I know usage of the different Foundry's applications?

In Control Panel, I can enable and disable applications for my enrollment. As some applications are sunsetting, I would like to know if I can safely disable them even before their hard “phase-out” target date, for example to avoid my users to start working on an app that will be soon be deprecated.

Is there a way to see the usage (aggregated, anonymized) for each application to know if I can safely disable this given application ?

There is no direct way to achieve this as of today.
