IP Blocked for Cloud VM when trying to download agent package

I’m in the process of setting up a data connection agent to integrate Salesforce (Avsight) with Foundry and set up a Hetzner VM machine running Ubuntu as the cloud host. (I’m working on MacOS)

However, the server looks to be blocked by Palantir’s end and returns the response in the console; " Blocked … https://www.palantir.com/blocked. " When attempting to download the agent package.

Has anyone else had this problem, and how did they fix it? Could this be an IP problem where i’d need to contact Palantir directly to whitelist the IP server?

Are you using the curl command given to you in the agent setup flow?
And can you please send the full error log?
