Is it hard to get approved to try Foundry?

I applied to try Foundry with their sign up form but I don’t think I ever heard back from them. Does anyone know if they are looking for a specific profile in order to approve use of Foundry? Do you have to pitch a useful project idea, or can you just say, “I just want to try it out”?

I assume you’re referring to the Developer Tier, available through build.palantir.com?

Anyone can sign up for this free tier as long as you provide the registration information in the sign up screen. You do need to be in one of the supported countries. At the time of writing this is Canada, India, United Kingdom and United States of America.

Otherwise you will be directed to the waitlist, and we’ll let you know when Developer Tier is available in your country.
