I have some colleagues based in South Africa. They used to be able to work on Foundry via a VPN but that no longer seems to be working.
Has there been a policy change?
Of course it would be better to whitelist, but only a restricted list of countries are available.
Hi @mad_scientist ,
Access to Developer Tier is restricted to Supported Countries. You can find the current list on the sign up page. Access outside these countries is not supported.
Thanks!
That seems to be the case. Im based in the US but I have a partner who is based in South Africa.
I can understand the region restriction on signing up (you verify the ID of the person). But after signup, I thought whitelisting would be similar to the other tiers (South Africa is not restricted on the PFB and Enterprise Licenses). Even if I had to travel, I wouldnt have access anymore.
