I have a Developer tier Foundry account and want to use Pilot, the AI-powered application builder. The documentation says Pilot is in beta and may not be available on every enrollment, but it does not clearly say whether Developer tier accounts can access it by default or request enablement. Can Pilot be enabled for Developer tier accounts, and if so, what is the process?

Yes, it’s possible to enable it for Developer tier accounts!
This documentation explain how to enable an application. But here are the steps you have to follow:
- Open the Control Panel application in Foundry
- In control panel, search for Application access and open it
- Search for Pilot, press the Manage button and choose who can use the app
- Press Request and apply changes button and it will enable the app
