Is there a way to access Foundary to learn without licensce?

I have been trying to learn foundary. But I do not find a spot to train myself. I do not have organizational access.

Thank you. I had used my phone number to create an account in learn.palatir.com but when I try build.palantir.com - it does not allow me add the same phone number. Is there a way to delete the learn account to activate the build.palantir.com account?
