Is there a way to find where my Palantir tenant / organization exists?

We have a BC/DR plan that considers regional failover. We are hosting an app in Palantir and I’m curious if there is a way natively within Foundry Control Panel to identify which cloud provider our organization is sitting on and further to this which region / location of that cloud provider so we can better understand how it fits into our BC/DR plans.

Also, I’ve been told the Palantir tenants live in a single region (zonal resilience) so my question is what happens in the case of a regional failure, the apps simply go down?

Checking back to see if anyone has a comment or reply to this or if this is not possible today. I suspect like most SaaS applications that this is not possible but wanted confirmation in case I don’t know where to look.

Hey !

I don’t think you can self-service see this information in Control Panel. As a fallback, I would likely turn to support (Foundry Issues application, in Foundry) or to your Palantir representative if you have one.

Thanks for the reply, this is kind of what I expected and have followed up with the project and account team on this. Thanks again.
