Login error on a new account?


Anyone else get the error: Login Error

Login failed as a suitable authentication provider could not be located. Please contact your administrator for further assistance.

This error occurs when the domain part of the username typed in the Foundry login screen does not match any of the “Allowed email domains” for any of the authentication providers configured in Control Panel for the enrollment.

Please double-check that the username (most importantly, the username’s domain component) that you typed is correct. If it’s definitely correct and you’re still getting this error, you should reach out to your enrollment’s administrator and ask them to update the “Allowed email domains” for the relevant authentication provider as necessary.
