Hello everyone,
I’m facing a recurring issue in Machinery on Palantir Foundry and haven’t been able to figure out what’s causing it. I’ve tried several troubleshooting steps, but the issue still persists.
The error I’m getting is:
Failed to load aggregation result
I’ve already tried refreshing the page, clearing the browser cache, switching between Chrome, Firefox, and Edge, and even accessing Foundry from different machines. Unfortunately, nothing has helped so far.
Since the same issue occurs across different browsers and systems, I don’t think it’s related to my local browser or machine.
I’m wondering if this could be related to the underlying data, especially if the object set is large or has high cardinality. It could also be something related to the aggregation configuration or a backend issue.
Has anyone faced a similar issue in Machinery?
A few things I’d like to understand:
-
Could this error be caused by large datasets or high-cardinality fields?
-
Are there any known limitations or configuration issues that might cause aggregation results to fail to load?
-
Is there any workaround or troubleshooting approach worth trying?
-
Should I raise this with Palantir Support, or is there something I can check on my end first?
I’d really appreciate it if anyone who has encountered this issue could share what worked for them.
Thanks in advance for your help!
